This was my second visit to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West outside of Phoenix. The first time wasn’t such a pleasant experience (that’s another story from another time) … however, this beautiful March day my dear friend Lynn and I were able to enjoy a wonderful tour of the grounds.
Mr. Wright’s all-American story is one of a creative genius whose vision and passion helped set the stage for how we live and experience our homes, buildings and communities.
The folks involved with the Frank Llovd Wright Foundation have done tremendous job of showcasing his masterpieces and the tour guides help you gain a genuine perspective of how and why he built this foundation for architecture.
I highly recommend taking the tour of Taliesin West and I look forward to other tours of his buildings in the future. Do you have stories to share of Frank and the communities of architecture his built in your “neighborhood?”
